For teams that sell AI agents
Getting your agent live at each new customer
The part after the demo
The demo works. Then a new customer signs, and someone has to set the agent up inside their systems, put it on their real phone line, prove it on their own calls and keep it working. Usually that someone is a founder or a forward-deployed engineer, and they do it again for every customer.
What we’re working on
- Setting your agent up inside a new customer’s systems: their CRM, scheduling, EHR or ERP, and their rules.
- Putting it on the customer’s real phone line: forwarding, handoff to a human, a fallback when something fails, and a kill switch.
- Testing it on that customer’s own past calls and tickets before it talks to anyone real.
- Watching what changes after launch, so you hear about problems before the customer does.
Where we are
Early. Before we build more, we’re talking with agent teams about their last go-live: what took longest, who did the work, and what broke after launch. If your team gets customers live every week, we’d like to hear how it goes.
